The food there is just awesome. You don't really need to say more. The waitresses are always super friendly and helpful. My tip after more than 30 visits: the Münchner Schnitzel (has a special and unique taste due to the slightly sweeter mustard than the one in "normal" Munich Schnitzel!), The liver (simply perfectly prepared, the taste is perfect ) and the side salad has it all, especially a delicious dressing. People like to tip more than enough, really the best place for high quality food in the area!

Extremely delicious food and amazing beer which tastes far above all these big industry beers sold in supermarkets! Nice and cozy atmosphere, interesting decorations of the restaurant lobby. We were there on July 10th, 2020 at 6pm for dinner. I was looking for an inn in Weissenburg because we were nearby on vacation. I immediately noticed the very good website and immediately ordered a table for the evening. Due to the good website and the many positive reviews, it was immediately clear to me that you can eat well here. My expectations were not disappointed in the slightest. The menu is very clear, I find it very positive that the suppliers of drinks, meat, vegetables, bread, etc. are published, and everything is bought regionally. The service was very friendly and we were served very well. All I can say about the meal: GEIL Since I like to cook myself, I think I can rate this very well. People like to cook here with love. I was there with a family, we had different dishes, I had to try them all, and gave nothing that was even negative in the beginning. The price-performance ratio is also very clear. It's a shame that I live 400 kilometers away, otherwise I would eat there every night. Please keep it up!

Very clear recommendation! We don't know if we have ever tasted such delicious sauces! Here someone takes time and understands their craft! Very nice place, super friendly service and also child-friendly. Price really reasonable. The small museum is also nice. We also very much liked that the food for our child came after a few minutes! 👍🏼 The breading on the schnitzel was super crispy and came off easily, as it should be. The Sauerbraten was delicious, even if I was a bit unlucky to get the edge piece, it was not quite so tender and a bit mixed. The dumplings and sauces (from the Sauerbraten and the children's plate) are a poem! Appealingly arranged 😍 We will definitely come back and will not forget the food so quickly! Are very satisfied! Very friendly service, nice atmosphere. Special food requests were dealt with flexibly (allergies and the like) and it was very tasty! The price is slightly higher than other economies, but the quality and performance is very, very high. Price - performance absolutely convincing! We recommend it to everyone!

A great eventful evening with a wonderful evening meal. The staff was always polite and very attentive, drinks were always on the spot. The food was from the appetizer to the main course and dessert just highly recommended. Rarely eaten so well in the evening.

The food was good, the prices were fair and the service was excellent even though the staff didn't speak English. The place was almost empty though, and it was 7h30 pm.
